This series of round rod moulding machines allow to produce rods of diameters from 30 to 350 mm. Following types can be selected:
type RM101 Ø 30 – 100 mm
type RM121 Ø 40 – 120 mm
type RM162 Ø 40 – 160 mm
type RM203 Ø 80 – 200 mm
type RM243 Ø 80 – 240 mm
type RM303 Ø 120 – 300 mm
type RM 354 Ø 140 - 350 mm
Machines are available with single- or double head design. Feedings speeds are infinitely variable by means of frequency converters.
All pairs of rolls are provided with pneumatic cylinders. Contact pressures can thereby be adjusted as required. Due to heavy construction, large chip removal is possible.
Thanks to modular design, diverse variant types are available.
